Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories
- Digital or perishable goods are non-returnable unless proven defective
- Customized items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect
How to Start a Return
- Contact our Help & Support team with your order number
- Receive the prepaid return label and instructions
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the indicated courier
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection
If you prefer an exchange, let us know while submitting the request and we will reserve the replacement item (subject to availability).
