This version sets the legal terms for using www.angrogo.md, owned and operated by DALEX Troodon SRL, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova. By accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. General provisions
The AngroGo platform is an e-commerce system owned and managed by DALEX Troodon SRL for selling agricultural products, equipment, and other goods related to the agro-industrial sector.
All users (persons or entities) who access www.angrogo.md expressly accept these Terms and Conditions. Business relations between buyer and seller are governed by Moldovan law, including Law 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce and Law 105/2003 on Consumer Protection.
DALEX Troodon SRL may modify these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on www.angrogo.md.
2. Personal data protection
By using the platform, users agree to the collection and processing of their personal data according to Law 133/2011 on personal data protection. Collected data includes: name, surname, phone number, delivery address, email, and order history.
We use this data only to process orders, deliver goods, conduct commercial communication, and perform internal analytics. We never sell or disclose data to third parties except where the law requires it. The platform uses encryption and certified security systems.

3. Ordering and payment
Placing orders requires an active account on www.angrogo.md. Payments can be made online via bank card (Visa, MasterCard) through the MAIB 3D Secure system. Once payment is completed, the buyer receives a transaction confirmation and an electronic fiscal receipt. Refunds are issued only to the same bank card used for the original transaction.
4. Delivery of products
After an order is confirmed, products are delivered by AngroGo logistics or selected partners. Estimated delivery times are communicated when the order is confirmed and can vary based on product availability and logistics.
Deliveries cover the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Upon receiving a parcel, buyers must inspect the package and contents. Claims regarding damaged items are not accepted unless noted in the delivery protocol.
5. Return rights
Under local law, buyers can return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them. Exceptions: unsealed agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, substrates, etc.) cannot be returned, per Government Decision 1465/2003, Annex 2.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return request is approved and are issued to the same card used for payment. Send return requests by email to [email protected] with the order number and reason.
6. Privacy policy
DALEX Troodon SRL respects the confidentiality of all information collected. Personal data is used only for order processing, delivery, commercial communication, and statistical analysis. Card information is not stored or processed on AngroGo servers. Users can request deletion of their data by emailing [email protected].
7. Intellectual property
All graphics, text, logos, design elements, structure, and source code are the exclusive property of DALEX Troodon SRL. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is a violation of copyright and is punishable under Moldovan law.
8. Limitation of liability
DALEX Troodon SRL is not liable for errors caused by external factors (internet outages, server issues, technical failures beyond its control). The platform is provided “as is,” and users assume full responsibility for how they use the information and products purchased.

These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date they are published on the platform and apply to every order and interaction carried out through AngroGo.
